Shelby - IHS 2014 | Senior Session

Miss Shelby was a blast to photograph.  We started off in downtown Ithaca, then headed to a place very familiar and dear to her...the golf course.  As Shelby was getting stuff together, her mom and I headed in to get permission to take a few photos of her on the course.  He said to go ahead and shoot wherever, then told us to take a cart.  I had NEVER ridden in a golf cart before, so I was pretty excited.  (Have I ever mentioned that I'm kind of a dork?  ;)) Anyway, I stood on the back of the cart while Shelby and her mom rode in the front.  I'm pretty sure we laughed during the entire session.

Funny story:  As I was taking the photo above, we were both lying on the ground.  A golfer hit a ball close by.  We didn't think anything of it, until he came flying over on his cart - all red in the face.  He was worried he had hit me with the ball since I was sprawled out on the ground!  :)

Good luck next year, Shelby!

Miss E - 18 Months Old

E's mom got a hold of me and wanted me to take her 18 month photos.  I love the toddler years because they are so fun!  And busy!  Miss E was not interested in sitting still to have her photo taken, so I took her outside and let her run around.  And really, how adorable is she?  What a sweetie!

Allie - 2014 Senior

Sweet Allie, her mom, dad, and I headed to the gardens at MSU for her senior session.  My hope was to capture some of her spunky personality on camera.  I think I did.  :)

Allie wanted to take a photo of herself holding her brother's picture.

After the gardens, we headed back to Alma.  But first, we made a quick stop at Uncle John's Cider Mill to take a few more fall pictures.  Love these!

Thanks for such a fun day, Allie!  I wish you the best of luck your senior year.  :)
